We operate what we built: monitoring, failed workflows, data quality, model performance, costs and the business numbers, with a briefing the minute something moves. Rollback, audit trails and a kill switch come as standard.
Every system we build carries the instrument that measures what it changed: a holdout, a matched control, or the same lists before and after. When the answer is nothing, the report says nothing.
