The day, the map and the door, on one phone

the-map

The whole book, readable

Every lead status folds into five colours, and red is kept for money at risk. Leads group into counted bubbles zoomed out and break into pins a few blocks away. Map, List and Route are one book three ways.

at-the-door

The door names itself

Within 60 yards, on a GPS fix good enough to trust, the app names the house, says how often it has been tried, fills in the office's opener, and logs the visit in one tap.

patchy-signal

Nothing lost to a bad signal

A visit that cannot leave the phone is kept on it, shown as waiting, and sent oldest first when the signal returns. A send that may already have landed is never repeated on its own.

today

The day in one sentence

Today opens with what is done and where the next door is, then knocks and sit-downs against the goal, the route, and the next stop with Navigate and At the door.

door-order

Doors in the right order

Nightly scores rank which doors to try first. Reps see an order, a few flags and plain words, never a probability.

Numbers reps can check

This week against the goal, streaks, pace and personal bests, and a leaderboard with the ranking rules one tap away.

gps-verification

Activity you can trust

Rep check-ins verified against a 250-yard geofence, with five qualification outcomes and explicit reason codes. Presence, not paperwork.

payout-engine

Commissions, computed

38 payout rules across four structures, rates from 45 to 120 percent, and reconciliation into eight explicit states. Payday stops being a negotiation.

deal-intake

Intake that defends itself

Real-time duplicate checking, read-only with a hard timeout: bad entries caught at the door, without ever blocking the pipeline.

integrations

No rip-and-replace

CRM, predictive dialer, spreadsheets, address verification, mapping, and finance systems connect behind clean interfaces.

portals

Portals for the whole floor

Reps see their day, their pipeline, and their pay. Admins run intake, payouts, and reporting from the same system of record.

infrastructure

Built like infrastructure

Database-enforced invariants, fixed-precision money, timezone-aware everything, and four background job queues off the request path.

questions

Straight answers

What is Dromo?

Dromo is Statistique's field sales app and CRM. Reps run the whole day on a phone app installed from the browser: the plan, a map of the book, the door they are at, follow-ups, clients and their own numbers. Behind it, a back office verifies activity, takes in deals and computes every commission.

Is Dromo a door-to-door sales app or a CRM?

Both. The rep app is built for door-to-door and field work: the map, the door, the day. The back office is the CRM and payout system the whole operation runs on, with the dialer, spreadsheets and finance systems connected to it.

How does Dromo know which door a rep is at?

It names a house only when the phone is within 60 yards of it, on a GPS fix accurate to 55 metres or better and no more than two minutes old. A worse fix names no house at all. Whether the knock counts toward the rep's goal is a separate rule set by the back office, 250 yards by default.

What happens when a rep's signal drops?

An outcome that fails to send is kept in a queue on the phone, marked as waiting, and sent by itself, oldest first, when the connection returns. A send that may already have reached the server is never repeated automatically; the rep chooses to send it anyway or discard it, so no door is counted twice.

Do reps need to download it from an app store?

No. Dromo installs from the browser to the Home Screen on iPhone and Android. An Alerts switch sends a notification the moment a deal needs attention, with a count on the app icon.

How are commissions calculated?

By an engine, not a spreadsheet: 38 payout rules across four structures with rates from 45 to 120 percent, and statement reconciliation that resolves every line into one of eight explicit states.

How do new reps learn it?

From eight short voiced and captioned videos inside the app, about a minute each, reached from the sign-in screen, from the More tab, and from the screen that asks for location. Most chapter pages link straight to the screen they explain.

How do we get Dromo for our team?

Dromo is deployed and tailored per organization by Statistique. Book a demo and we will walk through a rep's day, the door, and a payout run end to end.
